This form gives us important information about your deposit. When you submit this form, the information will be sent to the ADIL Librarian. In return, you will get explicit instructions on how to submit your FITS images and related files.

Note that this submission form no longer supports TeX formatting structures. If possible, try to express special characters and mathematical notation with regular ASCII characters.
